Join us today to learn about Boundaries. We often hear from clinicians how difficult it is to set boundaries in the workplace, with clients and with family members. Especially for those working in social services, their heart for community often results in them struggling with boundaries even more, as they are going above and beyond to provide support. However, we know that boundaries are so important, and result in allowing the clinician to provide better and more sustainable levels of support. Additionally, understanding boundaries can enhance a clinician’s practice, as many of their clients may have challenges related to boundaries in their own life. Topics discussed include types of boundaries, benefits, how it connects to burnout and specific tips and tools to help set boundaries.
